Over the past few years we have extensively re-modelled the building, having removed the pews, pulpit and screens, and put in modern seating, an overhead projector and pulpit with its own sound system, made an office and fellowship room and porch in the entrance. and this year a new heating system. (long overdue) has been installed, we now have a warm building no matter what the weather, this has opened up the building so it can now be used for community events and concerts
Further development has gone on in the old school room, these have been transformed into a cosy cafe area,named the Lighthouse, with seating for thirty we believe this is the ideal size for luncheon clubs, coffee mornings, etc.
Our next step is to look at having news doors and windows fitted to make the outside as attractive as the inside, another project is to have disabled toilet and access, these have been purchased, all we need is to have them fitted, we pray that work can start on this in 2012
All this work has been done without having to fund raise , we have relied in God’s wonderful provision for everything, and continue to pray for His blessing on all we do.
